How do I delete my account?

Open iro → tap the profile icon (top-right on the hub) → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete account." This permanently removes your account, palettes, scores, and username. Deletion completes within 30 days. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

I lost my account. Can I recover it?

Yes, if you linked your account before losing access:

If you never linked or saved a recovery code, accounts are tied to the device and unfortunately cannot be recovered. Email support@domu.one and we'll do what we can.

When does the daily challenge reset?

Midnight UTC. Everyone in the world plays the same three challenges on the same calendar day.

How do I change or remove my username?

Tap the pencil icon next to your name on any leaderboard, or open the profile screen and edit it there. Usernames appear on daily leaderboards and in the compose Gallery.

Can I turn notifications on or off?

Yes. Open the profile screen and toggle the notification preference. If you previously denied permission at the system level, you may need to re-enable it in your device's Settings app (Settings → Notifications → iro).
